Hotel in the centre of town, friendly staff and restaurant and bar on the premises.

Hotel very difficult o find due to one way systems in Lemans. Only complaint about the room was matress very firm but thats a personal view.

This place is nice, with a brilliant location and well-equipped rooms.

It was in the centre very useful. It also had underground parking which meant we felt it was secure and handy.

The rooms had been decorated since our last stay and is a great improvement, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, There is secure underground parking which is essential when touring on a motorcycle as we do.

Fantastic location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

My experience of the hotel was to say the least awful,so I have nothing positive to say about it and was glad to leave.

No facilities were available to us on the evening we were there,food was not available and the restaurant was shut

The hotel was full of character with a lovely restaurant below and it was clean.

There was no lift to our part of the hotel so we had to carry many bags and baby eqpt up 2 flights of stairs. Also underground parking was a bit of a pain with lots of bags.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a good bathroom. The breakfast offered a decent selection and was a great way to start the day.

The rooms could benefit from larger windows to let in more natural light.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room ( our requests were met as it was also next to our kids room). There were only our two rooms on the corridor (no's 50 & 51). Excellent! Great staff & breakfast. Fantastic location - in a quiet street - team goes past but a few min walk to the town - new and old quarter. Delightful city. Parking underneath hotel was no problem. Thank you!

I had a double room and it was magical with good bathroom.

The location of this hotel was absolutely brilliant, right in the center of the city with tram and bus stops just two minutes away. This made it very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas and gave us a wide choice of nearby alternatives. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with cute red shelves and a suitcase holder below the hanging space. The breakfast, served in our room, was excellent with high-quality products and a wide range of options.

There was one minor issue that could be improved upon - the breakfast service could be slow when the hotel is fully booked.

Pleasant ** hotel - basic accommodation with friendly staff and a good restaurant attached.

My booking was made on line by my son at 16.21 on Friday 21/9/12 and my mastercard details were provided - I walked to the hotel and paid in advance for my stay a total of Euro 63.05 (including breakfast). At this point in time my card provider informs me that 2 payments of Euro 63.05 are held against my Mastercard account. Ishould be very much obliged if one of these payments can be cancelled - it was a nice hotel but I do not want to pay for it twice!

Staff were exceptionally friendly, and welcoming. The room was basic but for a ** it was exactly what you would expect. The bed is exceptionally comfy and breakfast was as you would expect. Underground parking was secure and the hotel was presented very well.
